iSpot is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Deal Desk Manager to lead our Deal Desk Team. As the Deal Desk Manager, you will support our Go-to-Market (“GTM”) teams with deal negotiation strategy, contracting documents, and help to outline the pricing framework during the entire sales cycle. You will also have the opportunity to work cross-functionally throughout the organization at all levels, including GTM, Legal, Product & Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support day-to-day order form creation and deal approval processes.
- Review and craft contract terms, pricing structures, and deal approvals, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Partner with GTM to structure complex deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance policies.
- Act as a key advisor to sales on pricing strategies, discounting, and approval workflows.
- Support developing deal processes to ensure deals are structured and processed efficiently and aligned with internal company policies while meeting specific customer requirements.
- Understand and support the start-to-end processes to help facilitate all aspects of the role, from initial pricing strategy to order form creation to contract signatures, order processing and SFDC data management.
- Partner with GTM, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Legal to streamline Quote-to-Cash end to end processes and systems.
- Provide ongoing enablement to GTM teams on deal structuring best practices, contract terms, and approval workflows.
- Optimize and enhance SFDC CPQ to improve deal velocity and scalability.
- Identify bottlenecks in the deal process and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise sales environment.
- Proven experience supporting or partnering with Go-to-Market organizations.
- Strong understanding of contract structuring, playbook creation, and approval processes.
- Hands-on experience with SFDC CPQ & CRM, Excel Modeling, and GSuite; experience with Business Intelligence tools (ex., Tableau) is a plus.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Analytical background with strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate internal resources.

We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy
iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency.
Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
