In today's world of technology, people are cramming themselves in tiny screens like human sardines. From live concerts to birthday parties and boat trips, they're carrying around selfie sticks to try and fit everything in a picture. Change the way you take selfies with the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. Its wide-angle camera will let you take the perfect shot of everyone without the selfie stick.

iSpot Review - June 19, 2015

Samsung has solved one of the greatest problems of the modern age: not being able to fit all your friends into a selfie. Dramatic and over-the-top, the ad does a great job of portraying substandard selfies as an issue that simply cannot be allowed to continue. People are seen crowding around tiny screens, awkwardly angling their selfie sticks in packs and going to ridiculous lengths to get that perfect shot. In reality, enduring slight crowding when you're taking a group photo is not the end of the world, but the comedic take on this First World problem is a cute way to introduce the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge's superior selfie-taking capabilities.

Smart writing makes the ad seem funny rather than ridiculous. The shots of awkward selfie-takers are paired with a perfectly deadpan voice-over comparing them to sardines as they smoosh together, and cave people as they drag along their selfie sticks. Samsung may not have cured all the world's ills, but they did make a pretty good ad.
