Two little girls run downstairs to beg their mom for a puppy, but she denies them since puppies are expensive. Suddenly, TV Dad Reginald VelJohnson lowers his newspaper to the delight of a TV audience and suggests that they switch their insurance to Progressive, where he claims they could save hundreds. Mom finds herself in a bit of a tight spot, acquiescing that they will at least think about getting a puppy. TV Dad to pulls a puppy out of nowhere. After hearing the girls exclaim that they wish TV Dad was in charge all the time, their non-TV mom is at a loss, prompting the laugh track in true TV fashion.
