Subaru describes the challenge that dogs with special needs face when it comes to adoption. The older, physically challenged, and those with conditions such as blindness are often the last dogs to be picked for adoption from shelters. Knowing these challenges, Subaru created National Make A Dog's Day on Oct. 22, intended to help all underdogs find homes.
