A man walks into his apartment and notices water is dripping from the ceiling. As he investigates above him, he discovers the soaking wet girl next door is very aware of the problem: the sink is sprouting water like a fountain. He takes off his shirt to try and stop the water, only to have the boyfriend walk in at just the wrong time. He makes a quick getaway in a Lexus IX360 and saves a lot more than this water bill.
