These are women who are training, on the path to getting in shape or just blowing off some steam. In the beginning, their inner thoughts are of self-doubt and overly aware of one's surroundings. One redhead groans, "Oh good, a bunch of models right in front of me," while the woman doing crunches wonders why there are so many mirrors. A runner strives to maintain determination while doing a half marathon, but freaks out when she realizes she's only run two miles so far. A yogi feels unease about how non-judgmental the people around her look. But, as time goes on, the women pick up momentum. The redhead finds staring at the "models"' butts to be motivating, the yogi holds it steady in a yoga pose and the runner makes it to the finish line. Nike's #BetterForIt movement encourages everyday athletes to remember one thing: They got this.
