An outtake reel depicts the flubs of pitmasters Robert Sierra from Texas, Mike and Joe Pearce from Kansas City, Sam Jones from North Carolina and Dan Brown from Memphis as they attempt to talk about Heinz's regional BBQ sauces. Because they are real pitmasters, rather than official spokespeople, the men are constantly making mistakes, such as walking offscreen, getting tongue twisted, forgetting their lines and even failing to catch bottles thrown to them. "Pitmasters don't make great spokespeople," a narrator says. "They make great tasting BBQ sauce."
