The brand wants to revolutionize mortgages in the same way the Internet made buying music, airplane tickets and shoes easier. The brand demonstrates that the process is so easy, it can be done from anywhere even during a live magic show. A magician looks to his audience for approval as his audience and his assistant (including the one sawed in half) are all on their phones. With easier access to mortgages, the demand for home goods would increase, thus reverberating work to people like wooden leg makers who would in turn -- you got it -- buy more houses.
