Schools of fish swim by as a team of French divers explore a seabed using a breathing tube to represent cellular data speeds. Verizon's 4G LTE coverage is denoted by a straight tube supplying plenty of air to another diver. However, to illustrate how budget networks slow the data speeds of customers who have reached their limits, the diver holding the tube twists it tight, cutting off the flow of oxygen. The other diver begins thrashing in the water as he struggles to breathe. A good scuba diver doesn't mess with his partner's air supply, and a good network doesn't mess with its customers' data.
