JCPenney TV Spot, 'Broken Washer'

While trying to finish her laundry, a woman's washer machine begins to leak water and shake violently. She asks her phone to find a store with new appliances, and the voice tells her that JCPenney is a mile away. Thinking that her phone misheard her, she repeats the question several more times and receives the same answer. JCPenney now sells appliances including brands such as LG, Samsung and GE.
