People across the country who live in run-down, abandoned cities can feel invisible at times. Whether they are children playing in the streets and throwing rocks at helicopters, or grown men, sitting on the steps of a boarded up building. They play with makeshift toys and basketball hoops or dance to express themselves. The voice-over explains that if given the chance, the world would see these forgotten communities differently. They would see their bright spirits and vivid dreams. The Y remembers forgotten places and people are shown thriving in the care of the YMCA.
