OnStar TV Spot, 'Deer'

Deep in the secluded outdoors and away from civilization, a horn can be heard piercing the remote peacefulness. A vehicle has gone off-road and struck a tree due to a crossing deer, leaving the passenger in a dangerous position. The driver, Jane, awakens from the crash as she hears an OnStar member notify her that emergency services are on the way. They also tell her that they'll stay with her because the last thing she wants is to be alone.
