As hosts of the Aflac Post-Pain Show, Rob Riggle and Lil Rel Howery revel in the pain that Jill is experiencing as she opens her medical bill. Not only is she fitted with a upper-body brace after her back surgery, but now she also has an extra expense to worry about. The commentators and the Aflac duck assure that she could have received cash from Aflac to help pay for bills that her insurance doesn't cover. Though their hindsight will be useful for Jill's future bills, it's not helping with her current situation so she shoots her best side eye toward the commentators. Lil Rel isn't worried though, because he knows it's only a side eye because Jill can't turn her head.
