A meter maid is making her rounds when she catches a sitting duck. There's a 2020 Hyundai Sonata Limited sitting at an expired meter and she's ready to break out the ticket. As she pulls out her pad, the Sonata suddenly lurches into motion and pulls into the 20-minute parking spot directly in front of it.
