A team of ancient Egyptians are hard at work wrapping a mummy when the paper spool runs out. The lead priest instructs Alexios the servant to add toilet paper to the grocery list, prompting the man to carve a toilet paper hieroglyph into the wall. Before he can finish, multiple other items are called out, including camel milk, a chicken and moisturizer. Alexios throws down his chisel and walks away in disgust.
