After watching a commercial in which a basketball player lauds Fruit of the Loom's Everlight underwear, two friends debate the virtues of briefs that you can't even feel. A surveillance van nearby overhears two burglars just outside the house having a similar conversation, only to in turn be spied upon by two agents with sophisticated monitoring equipment. Thinking that their cover has been blown after hearing a joke, one of the men urgently consults his partner, who it turns out wasn't listening to anything, just wearing earmuffs to combat the cold.
