When his class is asked what they would like to be when they grow up, a young boy exclaims that he'd like to be a teacher. After he shares his answer, the boy's teacher tells him the chances of him becoming one are low due to his race and gender. Another child shares he wants to be a scientist, to which the teacher replies he won't be able to with a criminal record. A final student shares her aspiration is to join the army and become a businesswoman after. Sternly, the teacher reminds her that without a college degree she won't even be considered for such a job. Kelly Services says these statistics sound unfair because they are, which is why it is working toward creating equity at work for all.
