The General TV Spot, 'Call Center'

After an employee recommended that his boss change to The General for insurance, his boss moved his "office" to the janitor's closet. How could an insurance agency with commercials like The General's be legit? As it turns out, the boss is now visiting the tiny room to eat his words. He knows the mop smell in the closet is pungent and now that the employee's advice turned out to be correct, he's movin' on up to the prime desk in the office -- the one by the vending machine, of course.
