While driving through a neighborhood, Martin Starr explains that when you buy a new car it loses around 50 percent of its value in the first three years, which isn't the case when you buy a used car with Shift. He adds that if you really want to waste a bunch of money on a brand new car you might as well throw your cash out the window. That's technically littering though, so you'd have to go back and clean it up.
