Derry, Maine is just like any other small, quiet town ... until the local children begin mysteriously disappearing. To get to the bottom of what's going on, a group of seven kids begins meeting in a place known as "The Barrens" to recount their experiences with a horrific entity named Pennywise. Before long, the team members learn that this clown's antics go back farther than any of them imagined, and each of them is forced to confront their deepest fears.
