Ally Bank likens its company to a basketball team with over seven thousand players. Rushing to join in a team huddle, the employees carry out plays that are a little unorthodox: walking through glass, diving into a fountain and rolling over the hood of a car. However, the financial company recognizes that it takes smarter ways to save money if you want to beat the big boys and will stop at nothing to do right by its customers -- even if that means carrying a man with crutches, racing around with an IV stand or dangling from an office railing.
