It can be hard to be judged solely by your name. One man finds this out when an airline counter clerk laughs at his name, Oscar Lavista, and then makes a joke so it sounds like the famous movie quote, "Hasta la vista, baby." A spokesperson from Overstock.com says that the site has the same problem. As he walks through a furnished bedroom and sits on a sectional couch, he says that many people think Overstock only sells overstock items but that it actually also sells new and trendy items.
