M&M's Caramel TV Spot, 'Group Talk'

The search for a spokesperson is underway at M&M's headquarters as the colorful candy-coated team debates who to hire to promote new M&M's Caramel. So far, their top interview candidate is a boring, yawn-inducing caramel square with a laminated résumé to prove it. They're not sure if their new spokescandy has it in him to make caramel look a little less square.
