In this commercial, a shivering man with a suit, tie and frosty hair goes the extra mile to tell her about an offer at grocery stores and movie theaters through Chase. He hides inside a freezer and hands the woman a bag of peas while telling her about cash back options with Chase's Freedom credit card. The woman thanks him for the tip and he responds by writing "U R Welcome" with a backwards letter "R" on the glass, continuing to shake.
