Former NASCAR driver and current Childress Vineyards proprietor Richard Childress says he got into the wine business in the 1970s while racing in Ontario, where he says they made good wine. He told himself that someday if he had enough money, he wanted to start a winery of his own. Since making his dream come true, Childress says he's proud of the winery's partnership with RFD TV and the Cowboy Channel.
