Volkswagen 2011 Super Bowl Commercial, Beetle
The Volkswagen Beetle commercial for Super Bowl XLV takes place deep in the forest, set to the tune of Ram Jam’s song “Black Betty.” While other bugs march peacefully along, one beetle surpasses them all, scuttling through the muck and mud and across sticks and limbs with expert skill. The beetle leaps off a stump earning some serious air. Landing on a rock, the outline of the beetle becomes the silhouette of the Volkswagen car of the same name.
