Pepsi 2012 Super Bowl Commercial, King’s Court
A jester is prancing around as poorly as his singing before he is dropped down a hatch. The king, who is played by Elton John, calls for the next entertainer who fills the room with her voice by singing her rendition of “Respect” sung by Aretha Franklin. Impressed by the performance, the king rewards the entertainer with Pepsi. The singer tosses the can triggering the hatch, sending the king below while proclaiming that Pepsi is for everyone. Down in the dungeons, the king wakes up to Flava Flav talking to him. This commercial aired during Super Bowl XLVI in 2012.
